Known for: "Stay (I Missed You)," "Do You Sleep?", "I Do."
Maybe it was all those millennia of wandering that inspired Lisa Loeb to pen that paean to immobility, "Stay (I Missed You)." A true wandering Jew, Loeb bounced around the indie coffeehouse scene in New York and Boston before finagling the song onto the Reality Bites soundtrack, precipitating her meteoric ascent. But her fame wasn't the only thing rising, as thousands of boys and men caught a glimpse of Loeb traipsing around in the video for Stay. She even managed to make her signature black rimmed glasses look hot, until Drew Carey came along and ruined that. Loeb's kept her face plastered on television, first on the Food Network's doomed Dweezil & Lisa with then-boyfriend Dweezil Zappa, which featured the vegetarian confessing to occasionally enjoying some very unkosher bacon, and on #1 Single on E!, which featured one memorable pantsless scene after another. We wouldn't dream of leaving.
