Virtuoso singer, one of Israel's greatest and most notable talents, Marina Maximilian Blumin is regarded by some as a "once in a generation" phenomenon.
Marina Maximilian Blumin was born in 1987 in the Ukraine to Alla, a piano teacher and musician. When Marina was 3 years old, the family moved to Israel, and she soon began her musical training playing piano, singing opera and classical music.
At the age of 10, she began performing in festivals, including a classical duet with singer Charlotte Church at Israel's Millennium celebrations, accompanied by a symphonic orchestra. At the age of 14 she began performing in jazz clubs.
Marina gained her wide popular recognition while participating in "A Star is Born", in which she reached the final stage and won second place.
Marina performed in the International Red Sea Jazz Festival, Eilat and the Bolzano Jazz Festival, Italy. She also worked with local and international musicians such as the composer and bass player Avishai Cohen, Avi Leibovich, Jason Lindner, David Hazeltine, Deborah Brown, Leonid Ptachka, Omer Avital, J.K Allen and many more.
These days, Marina is performing with her new show "Step into my world" from her English debut album which will be released on upcoming August.
In the album Marina created a new musical language with the Israeli known musical producer Ofer Meiri.
